Messy Church

Due to Covid-19, Messy Easter will be 'in a bag'.  If you'd like to take part, we will deliver all the materials to your home in a bag with instructions.  You can do the activities and then join us for a short online celebration on Easter Day - Sunday 4 April - at 4 pm if you'd like to.  If you'd like a bag, please contact us by Sunday 21 March.

At the moment we are running Messy Church in a shortened format with social distancing at St Mary's on the first Sunday of the month.  You are very welcome to come along, but you will need to book a place in advance.  Please contact us if you'd like to take part.

Our Messy Church normally takes place on the first Sunday of each month, from 4 - 6 pm, at St Paul's, Fair Oak Road.

Messy Church is great fun for families and others of all ages.

What happens?

  • loads of messy activities to explore a Bible story – about an hour

  • short celebration with Bible story, song and prayer – about 15 minutes

  • tea or a cooked meal for everyone – about 45 minutes

Admission is free, but any donations are gratefully received.  No need to book - just turn up on the day!  And children need to bring at least one adult with them!
