Grub Club & BBQ Fridays
During August we’ll be holding our second Grub Club – summer holiday meals for anyone in our community. These will be from 5 – 6 pm at St Paul’s on the last two weeks of the school summer holidays: 19 – 30 August (but not at weekends or on the Bank Holiday). We’re also putting on a free BBQ for our community on every Friday of the holidays (Friday 26 July – Friday 30 August), also at St Paul’s, from 5 – 7 pm. You may know people who would value coming to these meals at a tim

From the Rectory - July 2019
This month I had it in mind to write something about where our plastic is going – or not going! – to be recycled. But then, a couple of days ago, I heard about the Amazon rain forest on the news. St Paul's Development Drop-in
On Tuesday 16 July, from 4.30 – 7.30 pm at St Paul’s, there will be the opportunity for anyone to come along and see the latest plans for the community extension. Borough Council officers, Councillors and church leaders will be very glad to hear your thoughts on the plans and answer any questions.
Missionary Visitors at PHF
On Monday 17 June Prayer Healing Fellowship had a lovely afternoon with Hans and Priscilla Breekveldt, who are Latin Link missionaries in Argentina. Priscilla gave us an update of their family and also their Church family. Hans developed the theme of 'Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel', showing us how we can do this whatever our circumstances, in line with Jesus’ call to 'make disciples'.

Prayer Healing Fellowship Coffee Morning
Prayer Healing Fellowship will hold their usual summer coffee morning in St Paul's on Saturday 10 August from 10 - 12 noon. There will be a few stalls (no Bric-a- Brac) and a raffle. Please come and support us. We look forward to seeing you there! Also a reminder that PHF carries on meeting in August except on the Bank Holiday, so if you are free and would like to join us, you will be made very welcome. We meet on Mondays at 3 pm in St Paul's.
